It definitely is, their muscles still confuse me honestly! I tend to do a lot of pretending with their anatomy lol and I still rely very heavily on stock for things like proportions and pose and all that. Me drawing a horse from true scratch is, like, 4th grade scribble level, and I sadly mean that without any exaggeration. xD But I am getting closer to ref-free painting, at least, even if it's slowly, and I aspire to be like the greats who can pull off any pose and remember the proper anatomy!ย
