My nephew is a huge Star Wars fan (partly my fault for introducing him to it). This year he wanted to be Darth Maul for Star Wars Weekends @ Disney's Hollywood Studios. It was so hot that day that his face started melting almost immediately. But still, Darth Maul was slightly confused and amused by the kid standing in front of him. This was the first time ever for any of us making a homemade costume completely from scratch. Hope you like.Related content

Haha! I saw him in the Ray Park show! I love SWW, I've been the past three weekends, and am going for the all 3 days this weekend.
Great job on the costume I bet he was hot though lol, I was a in a tank top and shorts and was still melting.

Thanks! Yep, you might see him again on Friday (he really wants to do it all over again). He was extremely hot and like I said, started melting as soon as he got out of the car in the parking lot.
