yepp thsi si the tutorial. well this is not how i do, actually. its some of the stepps i use to make the clouds. a simple way to show u how can u made some clouds. after u practise, u will descover many ways to do skys.

THE TUTORIAL:

in this tutorial ive use the: BRUSH TOOL, SMUDGE TOOL. have play with the respectives sizes and "strenghts".
u must have in mind: when u make clouds, its all based in random moviments, to make the respective volumes. use diferent colors to make diferents renders and to ahve the corect renders. take kare with the light, dont make your work too bright!!!!!!
when u use the brush with the bigger size, it looks like the clouds are close to the viewer, and if u use low size in brush it looks like the clouds are very far from u. learn to use the respective sizes of your brushs.
to understand more how to make clouds U MUST VIEW AND STUDY SOME SKY PICTURES (PHOTOS).. and also some paint works that some artist here does!! it will help u alot to understand all!!
