first of all, a very strong photograph. black and white suits it perfectly
second, the 4 wooden poles in the water attract to much attention, so that the cyclist isn't so interesting anymore. try removing those poles digitally.

you are right...but i started shooting those poles(they are more than 4 (as you can see from [link] ) and i wanted to include them also...probably i shouldn't

well, don't always accept what other people say... it's more important that you yourself think the photo worked out the way you wanted. other people can just show you that they would have done it different, which opens up new possebilities for you as photographer.
anyways, to make a long story short. if you think the picture has worked out exactly the way you think it should have worked out, don't change it.
