Пролетев рядом с самолетом, объект заставил “ожить” фуражки персонала воздушного судна, и покинуть приделы нашей солнечной системы. Граждане, будьте бдительны, если вы заметите странное поведение своих головных уборов - звоните в полицию или в ВВС, сохранность наших шляп только в наших копытах, не дайте межгалактическим супостатам похитить их! I LOVE getting to critique work like this. I haven't seen much worth my time recently in my deviation stacks that I haven't been through. THIS, caught my attention. Critique? Well, here goes!
I have not seen a piece like this in quite a while, I love the creativity, it seems almost modernist with a hint of photographic journalism, and while I don't like modern art a lot, I do like the journalism feel, and it feels original in this aspect. I'm still questioning what's going on with her hat, but I digress. Very original (That or I haven't seen a lot of pony art) Your style of drawing is very simple, yet it has a level of complexity in the mane and shading that compliments the rest of the pic. The shading throughout the pic is magnificent. It's a very well done and very well rounded pic.
Now here's the part I hate giving the most: The cons.
While shading is good the colors picked in some cases just seem like off colors of black and white, there seems to be a lack of warm or cold colors on aj because of the blue (or is that white?) Fluorescence coming from her hat. The color seems bland and seems to take away from the pic. (I feel like it could have been green almost to suit a more "U-F-O-ish" look to it. The light also seems to offset something in AJs eyes that just isn't sitting well with me (It's minor, but she's center of attention) The last thing I would remark might be the starscape, the starscape in this pic seems a little lacking and underdone. However, to counter act what I just said, I would remark that it fits your work very suitably. And while I may see it as underdone, I certainly wouldn't change it.
With all that said, This is a very well put together piece. Continue being awesome and such.
