I don't understand why cybernetic inplants were such a shock to Littlepip. She's already seen those "brain-bots" and putting a living brain inside a mechanical body is much harder to do.

While I've never read Fallout: Equestria, I think that if put in her shoes, I'd be surprised, too. Think about it. Everypony Littlepip has seen so far is normal, sometimes technologically backwards to a fault. Then along comes this pony who has cybernetic implants.

Without a doubt one of the most well-written villains I've ever seen. Out of anything! Why? Because he made sense, and not in that, "He has a point, BUT!" variety. No he made sense and . . . wait . . . I AGREE WITH HIM! Best part was that he was kind of like Sombra in that he was a regular pony that nevertheless became a prominent threat. The guy's an earth pony, but just as Sombra channeled Lord Sauron, Red Eye has all the trappings and ambition of a Bond villain!

Wow, I got first comment on this five months ago and here I am again, still stunned by this piece.
The way you've drawn Red Eye is fantastic. His expression, while calm and calculated is still dark, sinister and chilling. The drama you've captured in his face is truly what makes this piece. The background and gryphon complement Red Eye perfectly. They add to the atmosphere and depict Red Eye's industrial plans and control by fear and force but are sufficiently out of focus not to draw too much attention away from Red Eye himself.

I have to say, Red Eye was probably one of the most interesting characters in the whole book! The way he was a villain, yet fueled by kindness, and how he was an intelligent, nearly equal rival for Littlepip gave HER much more depth as a character!

Seriously, though, this is one of, if not the best rendition of Red Eye that I've seen. Though I see him with his hair entirely slicked back, but everything else is perfect, especially the eye. Also, I like how Stern is in the background.
