sketch rapido y no muy bueno que hiceme dio un shock cuando vi su nuevo diseΓ±o porque era uno de mis personajes favoritos de la serie, creo que su rediseΓ±o luce genial pero no cuadra con su personalidad, pero aun me gusta el personaje y espero que se vea mejor en la serie
i had a shock when I first saw the new design because it was one of my favorite characters in the series, I think the redesign look cool but does not fit his personality, but I still like the character and I hope that it look better in the show

This design is a huge improvement of an already neat concept, being huge, hunchbacked and hairy makes it look more like the creature he's based on (the Moth man) and I don't know what personality everybody is talking about it's Ben's personality in an alien body if your talking about his voice I feel like it fits the new design better but that's just my opinion.

i agree, when it was first revealed was a shock but after see it in animation it grew on me, about the personality i draw this a time ago so i dont really remember what i whas thinking, so i dont remember about that

I agree with you on the design being cool but not fitting the character or personality. Honestly, I don't know what encouraged Big Chill to go to the gym and lift weights before Omniverse.

I always though that his frail appearance not only made his species attractive, but also evened out the fact that he has so many abilities that he has a skinny body that wouldn't make you think he did.
But this new design is disgusting XP I get that maybe its supposed to be more anatomically correct, but its WAY exaggerated. He looks tougher than most of his other AF alien commrades!
However, I give you props for YOUR design. It looks more like muscle and such than a barreled chest and spindly limbs.

Well, Ben's alien names are normally puns or references to certain things, and so I'm sure that's where "Big Chill" came from
But Big Chill or not, I'm really disgusted with the new design and voice change.

His voice actually reminded me of some witch voice or something. It's higher-pitched than normal, is all I've noticed.

I'm really not a fan. I'll admit, some things in Omniverse aren't too bad, but these alien re-designs isn't one of those.

yeah. At first I didn't really like all the big changes, but now I don't really mind. SOme of the aliens are also a bit ridiculous, like bloxx(lego gorilla?) and kickin hawk (although its not the first time we got a animal alien, take rath for example.), and I was very iffy about shocksquatches redesign.

Shocksquatch's redesign was very disappointing. Bloxx I didn't mind, but he's basically like Goop minus the acid.

I agree that it doesn't fit Big Chill, since he is supposed to be a skeleton-like alien, not a monstrous bug. Still, you did quite a good job at making his new design more acceptable.

Chromastone and Swampfire had minimal changes in design, them probably look the same with the omnitrix in another place

I agree that Bigchill had one of the best designs and it looked better slender.
But actually wasn't Derrick who redesign Bigchill (there are many other Designers on the show) he just like that design.

You have one that other reason to hate him, but the one is to blame is CN in hiring him for the fourth series of Ben 10
I'll also say something I found in a journal of an artist I love watching his work a lot, a friend said the following
"The reason that Transformers Animated canceled was because Cartoon Network wanted to bet on Ben 10"
I'm not sure if that was true but who knows
