Looks awesome. I'm not really good at giving advice, but I'll try what I can. Well, the best way to get better is through experience I guess. The proportions and shading look pretty dead on. Just spend more time on it. Uhmm, sharpen your pencil a lot. Not much that I can really say, maybe use single strokes for the hair. Anyways, job well done.

o.o that's really good. Realism sketches can be hard to do sometimes. ~_~ I cant even do them at all. You did great on the shadowing and everything! Great job!
