I wanted to see what kind of outfit i should give kisha ^ ^The character is from "Riverbell" which I'm still trying to develop...

I'll give you some pointers on this particular costume...
I could see that the arm piece is connected to the main body clothing piece. That makes it hard for her to move around in (think about a rope binding your arm to your body. Not fun). Make sure that when you're designing clothes, that your character will feel comfortable moving around in it.
Perhaps for her leggings, make sure it has the same patterns and styles as her top piece. Her top piece looks fabulous, but the leggings are far too plain, dehancing her costume. Perhaps a few patterns on the top portion?
I think what would look nice in this is a cute pair of Mary-Janes (type of shoe... I think I'll have to show you later). With some adjustments, I think the character would look just great in this costume!

as for her leggings thing, that i can't change much because i design this costume is in order to make it as simple as possiable and not to hard to redraw it over and over again. as for the connecting sleeves thing, well i have a lot of difficulties on it because it looks more unique however i'm not really sure what to do with it...
