I am tiered. I guess that's kind of ironic, but then again I'm always tiered. So tiered in fact, that when my friends ask "How are you JAY," they answer their own question ", tiered right?"Sorry for being lazy again, but I've been behind in homework and busy going places, and doing things in the real world... so ya.

Lol I used to sleep walk, once I accidently took a picture off my wall in my sleep. The weird thing is that I didn't rip it I actually removed it better in my sleep than I would have if I was completely awake ;D

PFFT no way that's hiLArious! My little sister used to sleep walk. Scared the crap out of me one time cause she came walking out of my bathroom looking like the girl from The Ring. *shudder*

nono... I gave up cafinee a year ago.... now I can atleast fall asleep when I'm uncomfortable... I wakeup with the worst kinks in my back though.

Ya, I used to have major sleep problems but I've been trying something new lately. Recently I have been going to bed an hour earlier so that I have time to do things like read or listen to music. I find it helps because I can let my brain relax and I have time to get cosy. OH, and stretching before crawling into bed helps too

That happens to me all the time! It's so annoying, cuz you're tired, and REALLY want to fall asleep, but then you can't find a comfortable spot!

ha ha yes. I used to have back pain waking up in the morning so I had to train myself to sleep on my back, this was pretty much how it was for me lol.

I can't sleep on my back. I always sleep on my side. But if I was REALLY REALLY REALLY tired, I could prob sleep on my back. I've never really had back pain, but I just can't become unconscious and fall into sleep for some reason.
