I was lazy, so I only colored a bit of it. Maybe I should also do the rest of the flat colors...if you think I should do it, specify the hair color.

Anyway, this is a sketch/art trade sorta with ~Sparrow225 for Halloween. This is my version of the Mad Hatter, which also has a steampunk theme to it. And I cheated on the cat. It's just pushing the hat off him, and you can tell that it's just about to fall off. Yeah, it's a little weird, but whatever. I tried some perspective experimenting here.

Outlined with a .1 micron pen, and colored on Photoshop.
