Description
I drew this on the back of my English homework which happened to have a story of the Masque of the Red Death on it by Edgar Allen Poe. Actually, it's a picture of Graham Ripper, a character in my horror story, also written for English.EDIT: I just noticed that a weird part of his thumb was cut off. I'm confuzzled.

I must say that I really loved the clothes! Really creative and full of details C:
Now, lets proceed to the anatomy. The proportions are correct, however, the arm and the hips look really thin. This make the head looks bigger than it really is.
The left hand should be bigger, too. The hands look odd, but, hands are really difficult to do. I took years to learn and even so I still do mistakes. Take a look on some tutorials over here on dA C:
Over that, I should point that the lineart looks a little bit messy. This take practice. Do you use a tablet, or do the lineart digitally? If so, I recommend you to work on big canvas. Really big, over 1100 pixels. That way, when you resize it, the imperfections won't show. And it also will give you the opportunity of doing even more details!
Oh, and when choosing your colors, try to give more contrast. To the skin, for example, don't be afraid of using darker colors. It gives a great effect C:
I hope I helped you!

Hands are going to kill me. I have to do the lineart traditionally in my sketchpad, and my scanner messed it up on this one. I wish I had a tablet, or I would do it digitally. But I don't. T.T The mouse and pen tool kinda take too long.
And thank you for the criticism! It surely helped!

The outfit is really interesting. There's a lot of details! You're very patient. The hand on the hat is a bit off - but I understand because hands are really hard to draw. The other one is pretty good! But you can't really tell the difference between the colour of the scepter and the colour of the background, and if you don't look closer you can't see that the thumb is hidden by this scepter. This hand isn't lined up with the arm - the part under his sleeve seems bent, like the elbow is just where the sleeve starts, but the elbow should be higher. I'd also say that the hips are a bit too tight considering the shoulders. Also, your character have a really long forehead, but it's not really disturbing because it's a part of your style. The colours are nice, and I like how you played with the different textures and opacity. You also payed a lot of attention to all the clothes' folds and that's a good job!

Okay, thanks.
Actually, I didn't think that the hair was poofy, but that's what you think. Yeah, I know that the hands are messed up, but they usually are and they're hardest part of the body to draw. At least they're not too small this time.
How's the body off?

Think I fixed the weird part of his shoulder. If you didn't notice, oh well.
Is the waist too skinny?
