Cirrus "wake up jeff"
Species:Cloud Dog??
Clothing:Eye goggle thingys usually sit on his head but he wears them if he's flying around. And he'll always wear his scarf
Appearance: The only important thing about his appearance is that the tip of his right ear is floppy

If startled or threatened smoke will poor from his nose and mouth, putting the threat to sleep.
He also yawns bubbles and if they pop on you you'll fall straight to sleep.
Whatever mood he is in can influence the dreams you will have when inhaling his smoke.
He enjoys helping people who have insomnia (can't sleep) and giving them good dreams.

I was going to use Bow's ref that she drew but I wanted to draw an anthro version and usually drawing the ref helps me think more about their personality -w-
I designed this guy ages ago for my adopt account (which is deactivated now) and really liked his design but made myself put it up for auction. Luckily Bow got it XD So now I get to have him back uwu And im super excited!!
Things that Jemanite wrote about him;

- Has narcolepsy (meaning he dozes off at random times and when he experiences strong emotions can get extremely tired and even fall asleep XD)
- He always smells like you're favourite food/flower/thing/etc (e.g. if you love roses and muffins, one time you meet him he might smell like roses, but the next time it might be muffins!) His scent will smell different to each person, so even if there are 3 creatures in the room, he would smell different to every one of them.
- Inhaling the smoke from his tail/legs can make one feel drowsy or doze off completely XD
- His voice is very soothing to listen to, it can calm strong emotions but once again has a possibility to send people to sleep (so he has a trouble keeping up conversations without feeling like he's boring people"
- He can float
- Sometimes he'll just doze off on a cloud and see where it takes him XD
- He doesn't get attached to people or places easily, so it doesn't cause much conflict for him when travelling, in fact you'd be lucky to hear a goodbye, one day he'll be in town and the next he's gone. But he won't leave if a friend is experiencing hard troubles until they're fixed.
- Hates stressful situations/decisions and rowdy people (as it makes him very tired)
- He enjoys giving advice and will sometimes act as a personal guidance giver to friends
- Very supportive
- He refuses to take sides in an argument, no matter how obvious it is (this can be a good and bad trait XD
