Description
Animation Commission for homoside-jpgAll up this animation has 26 frames. Phew! This is probably the hardest I've worked on an animation. I coloured the lines and made sure to fix any obvious mistakes (rather then leaving them like I usually do). Now I just have to get the effort to start shading my animations!
I really stuffed up the Thylacine anatomy tho ;; They are so long i couldnt fit it in my canvas ;n; Also it's FREAKING MASSIVE TAIL
i love animating hair tho

This is so sad :C Well it is to me, I live in Australia and know what happened to them

Yeah I know it's terrible :/ They were such unique creatures its devastating that people would do that to them. Do you think we should try cloning? Im pretty neutral about it.

Well we should, I don't know if we can. It's our duty though to fix as much of the damage we've caused as we can, and to stop screwing things up now.

I think the closest relative to a thylacine is a tasmanian devil and even then they are very distant in species, so it's definitely not guaranteed to work. We spoke about it in class and there's also the fact that some baby "thylacines" might not develop properly and be in pain. But yeah we have to atleast try and fix what we've done. But I think we've learnt from the thylacine issue

Well the way cloning works is we get Thylacine DNA and put it in the egg of another animal, it doesn't need to be a related animal, just one that is similar in anatomy. So a wolf would be the best bet. But we have a different problem. The only Thylacines we have DNA from are males. So yeah that's going to obviously be problematic
I don't think we have learned from it. The rate of species dying out each year is faster than the rate when the dinosaurs were dying out. If anything we've gotten worse.

because that is exactly how they move
and I remember your dog with the animated tongue too
