Well actually it's a normal black GP5 russian gasmask. The red color comes from a latex overlay. I bought that a couple of years ago from a german online shop. But I can't remember the name.

Always count on the Germans to create awesome rubber and leather fashion! Those GP5 masks are cool- looking, with over- the- head fit, and round eyes.
