I was watching this girl on Youtube singing Celes' Theme: [link]I really love that song, especially sung with a voice that isn't over-dramatic-whoa-opera like in the official version. Sounds lovely!
Listening to this put me in the mood to draw Celes, which I had been a request from my friend, , that I've left hanging for a long (long) time. We made a deal that she'd make me little Heartless figures out of clay if I draw her Celes. XD
Unfortunately I've never played FF6.
So I'm not sure if the pose is out of character or not (most likely yes). She's also missing her sword.

Setzer shouldn't have been the only FF6 character in KH (that and they killed him with his general jerkishness in that game)

Indeed, wonderful job on the work- FF6 was wonderful (you should play it), and this is a lovely take on Celes.
However, while the youtube vid was lovely and an interesting take on Aria di mezzo, I highly suggest you listen to more opera before you call it "over dramatic". It isn't dramatic- it's classical voice, and it takes allot more work than the pop stuff.
Again, lovely job on the art.

That looks rather nice. Especially the linea art, its simple yet really build up. The color tones are awesome as well, it feels like a watercolor effect.

I'm not all too familiar with Celes myself,
but the way do did this piece reminds me
a lot of Yoshitaka-san's work! A bit simpler,
but remeniscent nevertheless.
Even though her back is turned and there
isn't that much of a detail, it is still...

Wow, that's just an amazing version of the Aria! D: I'm stunned! I have the "over-dramatic-whoa-opera" version here, the one in italian. This Final Fantasy is my favourite along with the VII. The pic is also awesome,
