Yuko Ichihara from CLAMP's xxxHolic
She's the Dimensional Witch, able to open the way to other alternate universes... but, being able to grant any wish, on her spare time she peddles the heart's desire of anyone fortunate (or unfortunate?) enough to wander into her odd shop. (Such as her new Notes: Pencil, then photoshop stars. I was working without a reference about her hair, but I think I got it somewhat correct.

I like it, but the stars you used for the windows I'm none to dond of. They look nice in her dress (As I'm assuming you used the same picture for both parts) But it just doesn't seem right for the windows.

ahh! That's so cool! I faved it, btw, cause it's so cool and the dress is totally awesome! I mean, the way it's drawn is really, really, really neat! Like, neat enough to fav! Which is really neat! Her hair is awesome, too, I wish I had hair like that but nooo my hair has to be straight and red and ... normal. Heh, oh well! awesomeeee!
