She is technically an old one, but I just redesigned her to look less of an Ibuki Mioda ripoff.

This is Roxanne. Not a character who holds much relevance at all, I just thought having 'celebrities' in the setting the series takes place in would make things more lively.

To explain her choice in clothes, her main demographic is teenage girls, and it takes place in older times. Like those rockstars your parents would know about, or the ones you could have remembered from when you were seven on an old tv show.

As for her character, she is pretty different from the way she is presented in the media. She's very political and has questionable opinions on certain groups of people. She's loud, obnoxious even, first it was an act for the kids but then it became her whole character. She doesn't really have a character, to be honest, but knows exactly what to do in order to gain fame and wealth.
