Those two characters do have a connection, but I can't reveal too much!
Arrow is a very basic looking character, so it may look similar to other characters when I don't even know it. Either way, I would keep this design if nothing changed.
I thought of doing a ''half half'' thingy, which I am definitely going to remake, but better(It would make a sick shirt in flat 2D).
