Happy New Year! I wasn’t expecting THIS to be my first post of the New Year, but I’ve been suffering a massive art slump, so I couldn’t help it. In a way, I’m still in it, but I can do things to this quality again so I can manage for now.

For the first time in a long time, I’m doing another Shantae drawing! And a Smash Ultimate drawing! Shantae was my #2 most wanted character for Smash Ultimate. When she was revealed as a Mii costume, I wasn’t too bummed out about it since I was already maining Mii Brawler in the first place. That said, using her “official” move list by her creator threw me for a loop. I never did get used to playing with that kit. The drawing depicts the miracle spike that I managed to land on Joker (of all people!) while using the Shantae costume. I’ll be honest, I mainly use Sora nowadays, but The Shantae Mii sees a lot of use outside of the online space.

The Drawing isn’t perfect… Joker, for one, sticks out like a sore thumb, but I think I drew Shantae well enough to warrant posting this!
