I don't know.. I guess its a sudden low from being moderately happy all day. its why I don't like being happy... the low is always very intense and painful physically its actually gotten allot worse recently, maybe because it doesn't happen as much..?

aah thats normal, i got the same each time im too happy like uh when i go out to some place and i arrived home i get sad or angry and it comes out of nowhere o3o its a normal state o3o but i hide it pretty well o3o except the anger
