I have the Bamboo pen and touch myself 
now... if you don't mind some advice, check out some kick arse programs to use it with 
Paint Tool SAI is awesome! free to try, $68 to buy the license, but again, worth every penny!
Manga Studios has awesome programs at reasonable programs. you can sometimes find the software on ebay, too
Art Rage is really awesome as well! I think I got mine on sale, it was about $60 and was also worth every cent! free to try it out, also.
there are also some cool freebies (besides GIMP) like my paint, artweaver and inkscape. my paint is probably the best free one I found so far
now go have fun with your tablet!

I downloaded SAI it's pretty good 
sooo Manga Studios, Art Rage, my paint, and artweaver then ^^ but my paint has +5 points now cuz u said it's best and free =w= haha xD awwwww omg thank u so very much<33 :3 ^o^

funny thing is, when I first downloaded SAI, I wasn't impressed until one day I was really bored and sat down to really play around with it 
Manga Studio is a must have if you like to draw in an anime/manga style!

my favorite on the folder was "PLEASE BE QUIET! When other people talk, conversation becomes impossible!" it made absolutely no sense at all, which is why I liked it so much!

btw... I just had an issue with my tablet when I downloaded the latest tablet driver update from wacom, so I figured I'd give you a head's up in case you have the same issue. I started getting all sorts of lags in the cursor and tablet driver errors. I was beating my head against the wall until I finally learned the issue. I'm using it on my laptop with windows 7 and microsoft has their own tablet drivers on laptops and there was a conflict. there's a way to fix it, but it's kind of complicated, let me know if this happens with yours so I can walk you through the issue
