Noble Angel is about the periodic table, noble gases, halogens.There's Helium, Neon, Argon, Krypton, Xenon, and Radon.
They are known for making different colored lights.
Argon, Krypton, and Xenon or seen here, where is Helium, Neon, and Radon? If she gets made her wings turn that color which I'll post later.
