Because of an uncontrolled worldwide pandemic that only targets and infects females, humans are nearing its extinction after every single girl in the world has died. Reproduction is no longer possible. Chaos is everywhere as people burn buildings, deranged after hearing the news. Shops are closed, roads are blocked, enforcers are killed—peace has vanished from everyone's dictionary. Even the deaths of humans pose no dishonor in the society, let alone the disgusting corpses that stain the streets.

Scientists have begun giving their last hope until one day they discovered a scientific breakthrough that might potentially resolve the issue. In a nutshell, how it works is by reconstructing one's genes in order that they produce sells that are immune to the disease. However, since there are no females left, this solution comes at the cost of turning males into females. Many protesters balk at this idea, but given that it is their last hope, they submit anyway.

Last month, the first phase of this program was initiated. Twenty percent of the whole world population were randomly selected to participate in the experiment. Those who refused to come to the indicated facility sent to their email address were abducted and transported by force. Due to how despotic a regime the government had turned into, no one dared to fight back because they would be shot otherwise.

During those times, Darth and Wesley were brothers whose ages were one year apart. They were enrolled in the same school and thus became a menacing duo. Their lives were majestic until the government informed Wesley, the younger brother, of his mandatory participation in the experiment. Indeed, both of them were brimming with fury, but there was no way they could decline without running away and hiding forever.

The experiment day arrived. Wesley came to the facility on his own because he did not want to be seen as a rebel, whereas Darth stayed at home and could only wish him safety. Before Wesley was instructed to enter a transformation tube, he was stripped of his clothing and belongings and briefed about the potential side effects before and after the transformation. His frigid sweats and trembling hands were enough proof that he was anxiously listening to every syllable spoken. After that, he entered the tube in front of him then fell unconscious after being sedated with some kind of gas.

The scientists used claws and genetic manipulation particles transmitted via targeted light to perform a physical surgery on his body. By modifying his genes, the lasers converted his sex, lengthened his hair, triggered the growth of breasts, and accelerated the production of feminine hormones. Meanwhile, the claws were responsible for altering the visible features, including his face, voice, and body stature and even the removal of his manhood as well as the formation of his new vagina. After that, a microneedle was inserted into her brain to modify its behavior such that she would act more feminine as soon as she awoken. Despite how invasive it was, it would help elevate her mental health.

After the transformation, while asleep, Wesley was sent to a room to be monitored for the next few days in case an adverse side effect sparked. Fortunately, she did not show any worrying symptoms, so she was free to go as soon as she was ready. After her consciousness returned, she first tested out her voice, which had a higher pitch now, then her body, which felt unfamiliar to her. This would include touching her sensitive nipples and examining her new private parts.

She returned home the next week, and Darth at first was unable to recognize her. However, after reintroducing herself in her new body, Darth immediately ran to hug her because he had missed his brother, or now sister, so much.
