- Polite and courteous
- Intelligent and well read
- Blabbers and becomes bashful when he gets nervous.
- Rare to Never cusses.
- Easily shocked or surprised by odd things.
- Not confrontational
- Easily intimidated by physical contfrontation.
- Vegan

Likes:
- Wadding and swimming in water (In a swimsuit of course)
- Fine dining
- Enjoying the Scenery and pleasant conversations
- Meat (Though he will never eat it) But he will stare at a juicy steak blankly without saying a word.

Dislikes:
- Being gawked at
- Media, cameras, recorders (etc)
- Being called fat, overweight, chubby etc. He is big boned, kay?
- Violence & rude behavoir

Background:

Sebastian is a genetic experiment accomplished by a group of scientists. What the main purpose of his creation was for, is not known since it's considered confidentual. Sebastian was created in more or less a test tube, which is why he's smaller then the average shark and has a humanoid-ish figure along with a non agressive personalty.

Though after evidence of his creation was leaked, protests (mostly PETA) were held to release Sebastian as it was seen as cruel to do something towards an animal. The pressure from the public allowed for Sebastian to be released, although his intellect is not that of an animal. After some time and number of lawyers & attournies, Sebastian gained citizenship in England.

OTHER OTHER:
- Sebastian short stubby legs make it hard for him to run and usually end up with him waddling fast pace and falling.
-His tail drags on the ground
-His fins make it hard for him to handle and hold some objects.
