Description
An INCREDIBLY OVERDELAYED comic commission for . And also my most hated one of all because it took me forever to finish this. =A=Well he wanted his OC pony (married to Rarity) to be involved in the events of "A Canterlot Wedding". Seriously. Each panel were drawn one by one, something I really don't expect to do because even with a tablet, its hard to sketch, line and color.
I am not gonna take another comic commission ever. That is going to be one time I'm gonna take one. Period.
Rarity, Fancy Pants, Changelings (C) Hasbro

just charge some outrageous amount and that way know one will ever want to ask for one. but if someone DOES well there you go. just make sure it's a number you think would be worth it.

not joking. I mean take my good buddy Carvo. he don't draw comics. but I think his skill level is close to yours. anyhoof, he charges like 65-79 for drawings. but like I said. comic strips are a large job. you are basically agreeing to create several artworks that will have the same look to them.
Having a "bad artist day"? Well tough. You agreed to draw a comic strip. no going back now. even if you have to redraw the second panel 3 times. and the third panel 4.
So you see that is just the beginning. I mean most artist take commissions of single works. once you draw it your done. but unlike those kinds of works. a comic strip requires you to continue to work on the same artwork over a extended time. it can become an arduousness task.
So yeah. charging more for your hard work will probably mean less work. but don't sell yourself short kid. Artist as a whole are unappreciated as it is. the end decision on what to charge for your hard work is up to you though.
