I forced too much metaphor into this song. Pike is a DJ, and everyone knows it, and they want her to play that funky music. But Pike doesn’t want to be a DJ. Mixing the music is wrong and immoral, oh God she doesn’t want to be a DJ. But the girl’s got a gift, and they intend to make her use it. Party hard.
