Another, god kind of character. Not in the same pantheon as Time though. She's supposed to be the daughter of Raijin or a god based on Raijin (like maybe in an au? Idek). Honestly, I really love her. Her powers aren't really that op though, basically she can materialize drums and drumsticks, and create deafeningly loud noises with them (shatter glass, maybe shockwaves sometimes??). She also has a cloud thing that she can ride on though it is basically like a pet and has a mind of it's own.
