I'm not sure who this is, I just sort of got an idea and wanted to draw it. She's a witch based off jellyfishes and the like. I guess she kind of doesn't look very witch like in hindsight. Maybe just a jellyfish magician or something. I'm honestly not even sure if she's a she. I mean, it could be a he? I dunno. I kind of gave up on the limbs since I was focusing more on the outfit. I think I did a good job incorporating jellyfish like features and creating a floaty sort of feeling. I also think it's my first time successfully using a transparency layers.
