For since you have been a supportive watcher and I did recently have a thought of your character looking like they could be a cool Thunder Mage. Sorry if the drawing is horrible as I pretty much guessed what the costume was like and wen't with the older hat as opposed to your new one with the goggles o_o. But the jacket with the grey sleeves with blue sections in your design look super cool and I thought it was fun to attempt. And the hair was pretty cool to try and draw as well and the light blue use s awesome (^=^).

I guess the Blue Thunder Armor is more of an ability but I'm thinking the staff is used to drop a blue thunderbolt on the character generating the armor and it can be used to deflect/destroy attacks that touch it. Sorry for this but ugh hope the attack/ability is okay o_o.
