Description
Was not fully sure on what to draw today but then I realized I still had this outfit on my to draw list so thought why not get it done plus Chiya is always fun to draw :3. I prefer the design style of the last outfit I drew Chiya wearing but feel this drawing came out a lot better but I think it comes down to the pose. In the past I drew this outfit on a different character, I don't think they are official costumes in the anime as both posts are valentine's based thus Chiya holding a gift. This will probably be my last drawing of Chiya for a while since I'm out of costumes to draw but doing more fan art of her has been fun as she is a super cute character :3.

Started this drawing with the skirt as I thought it was the best part to use to work out the width of her body due to the skirt patches, in a previous drawing I made the vest dark brown but here I tried using a writing pencil to get black and I think it came out well. I chose to only use one green tone as I thought using a second would make her outfit look more patchy, I feel happy with how the toning came out. I tried using burnt umber and purple as a combo for her hair again but the purple dominated too much so added a second brown layer which I feel came out nice. Feel really happy with how the holding pose came out, my only gripe is that the right arm looks wider than the left one, it was hard for me to work out its angle due to the right sleeve being blocked by the present. I'm feeling a lot happier when it comes to drawing winks as I didn't feel this one looked out of place =^-^=.
