I personally think Ultear could of been a much better character as before the Grimoire Heart vs Fairy Tail battle she was an interesting character, she is the daughter of Gray and Lyon's mentor Ur who believed her to be dead. Plus both her and Jellal were members of a Magic Council and they manipulated the other members into agreeing to blast the Tower of Heaven which gave it the power needed to attempt to revive a wizard known as Zeref. After Jellal's defeat she made it clear she was actually manipulating him the whole time, to me she came across as one of the more evil characters of the series but it was revealed she had a tragic childhood and pretty much wanted to master time magic that would allow her to relive her life so she acted like her crimes didn't matter due to seeking that goal. After that she pretty much just becomes a "I have sinned and I was wrong character" which was kind of meh but she ends of sacrificing years of her life to take the world back in time by a minute which actually prevents many deaths, although her sacrificing years of her life is a great close to her character arc as her goal was to relive her life at first.

I chose this blue dress over her other outfits as I actually prefer its design, also she is holding an orb as her magic allows her to time travel objects for example if someone breaks a boulder she use her magic to send its pieces back to before it was broken (kind of hard to explain). I also drew a bunch of icicle flowers next to her as she also has the ice maker magical ability and if I remember correctly she uses it to make flower based attacks. Sorry for the drawing being a bit more simple but the dark blue tone looks nice, I feel the blue works for representing her having ice abilities as it has a cold colour while the darker tone represents her being a villain. Hope this drawing looks okay, in the future I shall try and go for a more detailed drawing.
