Description
I was asked to design a character by , the idea I was given was to draw a student (I assumed the GX style one) with the jacket open showing a shirt with a Kanji symbol for dog on the shirt (hope this was the right one). I was not given a name for them and it felt weird to not add a name so I just threw in Ezure cause it sounded kind of cool. Also didn't know what uniform colour to pick and was originally going to go with Ra Yellow until I noticed the request was to give them blonde hair and yellow eyes so switched to Slither Red as I didn't want to have them have a fully yellow colour scheme. Honestly felt awesome to draw the Slither uniform as I actually really like its red colour plus feel the Slithers were the most chill students plus Jaden is my favorite protagonist.

Its not clear but the character is wearing a dog collar (another outfit piece request) which was the starting point as I wanted to work out the width of the shirt early into this drawing. The open jacket style came out pretty nice looking and I feel happy with how clear the features came out especially the sleeves as the creases points work well. I think the black trousers work really well against the red jacket and shoes although it doesn't separate the legs that well as the character was given a one leg behind the other pose. I got to pick the hair style and I contemplated going for Yugioh's over the top style but could not work out what to do so kept it in my usual hair style.
