Since many of you wrote things about XX is not the stone for YY, please do know, as several fellow Deviants also have stated, that months have SEVERAL DIFFERENT BIRTHSTONES. Depending on the country and time (traditional/modern). Look it up if you must! Wikipedia is an easy way to learn about this theme!

These are pretty! December has the most beautiful dress, but I really want July's heals. Also, why did you choose to do bloodstone instead of aquamarine for March. As a March birthday-girl, I am curious.

The birthstone for each month or zodiac sign depends on the source and era. Here is the list, according to the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) and the National Association of Goldsmiths (NAG):
January: garnet
February: amethyst
March: aquamarine, bloodstone
April: diamond, rock crystal#
May: emerald, chrysoprase#
June: pearl, moonstone, alexandrite*
July: ruby, carnelian
August: peridot, sardonyx#
September: sapphire, lapis lazuli#
October: opal, tourmaline*
November: topaz, citrine
December: turquoise, tanzanite, zircon*

In 1870, Tiffany & Co. published poems for birthstones of each month. Among them, agate was mentioned for June.
Also, many gemstones exist in a wide variety of colors. Rose pink pearls are often as valuable as, some even more valuable than, white pearls, when size and production (cultured or natural) are constant. Black opals are among the rarest and most expensive.
I suggest that you produce dress designs for both the alternate gemstones you missed and color variants of certain gemstones.

I think that's a good idea too. I know I much prefer peridot for August and I see it far more often than sardonyx. To be honest I'd been under the impression that sardonyx was the "older" gemstone for August and had essentially been "replaced" in the modern era by peridot.
Well, I guess I just like the vibrant green of peridot since I grew up with it, haha.
But still, I think doing the alternates is a good idea, especially since it seems as though the artist chose some of the more uncommon gemstones for some months. (For example, I'd never even known bloodstone was an option for March. I'd always heard it was aquamarine.)

Months can have multiple birthstones but typically August and March are Peridot and Aquamarine respectively. Like if you were to get a class ring or something.
