Since many of you wrote things about XX is not the stone for YY, please do know, as several fellow Deviants also have stated, that months have SEVERAL DIFFERENT BIRTHSTONES. Depending on the country and time (traditional/modern). Look it up if you must! Wikipedia is an easy way to learn about this theme!

Ik that full well and dont need a lesson in stones even if it is not a typical birthstone of August i dont see why she wouldnt use the accepted stones after all the others are except Bloodstone if she wanted to do them as the birthstone dresses I would have recommenced keeping to the accepted theme and then doing another line of the lesser known birthstones it would prevent confusion to people who dont understand stones

I recommend using something vaguely resembling proper punctuation when writing, because it prevents confusion among your readers about what you are trying to say--which is actually even more important than preventing confusion among people who aren't very well informed about birthstones. Honestly, if you don't put in an effort to punctuate properly when engaged in a written discussion, you'll look kind of stupid.

Maybe she just wanted to do something different? Liked the colors in Bloodstone more, or had a nice design for the dress that looked better with those colors? I really don't think it matters. It's a gorgeous dress in any case, and an accurate gem for the month. If people get confused, they can look it up like I did, or just ask someone in the comments.

Also very true in all cases I liked the look of the Bloodstone dress but I think there needed a bit more more red to be distributed in there to make it look more idk how to put it integrated? I think is the word Im looking for

I was thinking the pearl one is really beautiful and dont even saw the month under it,
till I realized, that it was my birthmonth. xD
Beside this I love the turquoise dress.

I love the bloodstone, emerald, pearl, ruby, sardonyx, sapphire, opal, citrine, and the turquoise! All of them are wonderful!!!!!!

Very nice work. It would be better if the picture could be enlarged. The work is very detailed and this size does not allow tosee it at it's best. My personal favourite is opal.
