Wow, I can't even describe how much I love this... It started out as a drawing of Carmen, but soon evolved into some vampire with a load of meaning behind the picture.

The hair hiding the face and the black and white kinda represent all the emotion and stress from the world, and the blue lips represent breaking away from it all to breathe. If you didn't understand that, oh well...

I need to work on shading and blending, but other than that I love this. I don't know if this vampire will become a character of mine, but if she does, I think I'll call her Hope...

EDIT: Ok, I told Taby that the vampire will be a boy if she could give me a good name for him. And she did. So this is now Gabriel, a male vampire that must have a thing for kickass blue lipstick...
