There is no difference in my eyes however, dA seems to disagree. I've had so many things removed before for silly little nudities that I tend to put a filter on everything that could be considered 'pornographic' by those unwiling to consider the actual meaning.

Thats really small minded of deviantart...why is a nude woman ok, but any hint of a male member is deemed pornographic? (idk if they'll delete this post if i even use the real word for the jonny) Its art, and its very obvious that your work is not even close to being pornographic in nature, but rather a play on gender ambeguity and story telling. I would have loved to be able to see those works. :/ I did see more on your tumbler, but I wonder if they censor as well?

I think it's more a case of other users being offended and reporting them. And I don't think dA discriminates with these messages.

It should be the way it is but it is the way it is.

i used to float around these parts a while ago, when they called me 'daddiegurl'. but my paintings kept being removed for phallic content. it was upsetting, so i left. but deviantart is a good tool if you can get over or around that, and people have been so kind.

thank you for the sweet words, i really appreciate that people have taken the time to look at what i've made <3
