Wow, this is absolutely amazing.
I love the colors, the blues and purples. Her freckles and highlights are well placed and really add interest. Also how you incorporated the blue into her skin. I also love the gems and molecule/DNA things.
The only things that I would change are, her hair seems a little unfinished to me, too simple. Maybe if there were more lines added. Also the branches with the leaves seem kind of out of place.
Those are just some of my opinions, you're a much better artist than I so I wouldn't advice you to take me personally. I didn't want to write an "actual" critique beacause I feel I'm not smart enough.
