"Royal" means that she is bred for generations to become the perfect hunter in a very specific areal- to assassinate.
To find her or hunt her down is hard, but if you manage to take her out of her element, she could be a easy target.
She did run away from the war, everyone she knows are dead. what she knows, she could be the only "royal assassin" left. and she has no idea where to go or what to do. She's out of her comfort zone.
