I decided to post some stuff from the Quest Project that didn't get off the ground. The Publisher might continue the title at some point but I doubt I'll be part of it again.Anyway, here's a character design I did for a bad ass ex slave turned demi God called ASMODEUS.

Well, he WAS going to be used in a series I was drawing that got cancelled. The thing is, this desing of him was never used for it. Originally, he was a slave to a God. He always resisted and always got beaten. Recognizing his passion and unwillingness to submit, the Evil God made him a Demi-God. A lord to ironically keep dominion over the rebels. I imagined that he would keep those scars and draw power from the pain they represented.
Since, my design wasn't used I might just keep it and create a new origin.

i love the uses of hatches lines on the shading on his face....it gives him a beaten look!
he's reminds me of cable from Xman , and he was tough!
