I'd imagine that this fight would take forever due to Hulk's healing factor and that anything Hulk does to Spawn would just be a flesh wound unless he took his head off.

My Money's on The HULK.

Hulk would win this fight. Come on guys, read your comics. Hulk's skin is bullet proof, and has even taken tank blasts or direct hits from missles etc without a scratch. One punch from hulk would send spawn through about 6 buildings, and those puny chains wouldn't hold hulk for long. Spawns hell power wouldn't destroy the hulk either.

Spawn killed satan and god. while hulk got destroyed by zues easily. nuff said
punny chains?more like chains that held down hulk in Hulk #622 when he went against Zues. Which Hulk lost and was chained down and fed to the vultures.Spawns chains can only be broken by the Blade of Olympics and something else i forgot.here is some info of Spawn and also spawn can beat kratos. kratos can destroy hulk as well.Hulk can barely lift a tectonic plate while, kratos suffered a finger smash from ATlas who has held the sky for thousands of years (proff:[link] ) . nuff said . cheers great art work none the less
