This is one of my "favouritest" charas ever ;3Victor is the earl of Cleveland, and quite an eccentric one too. He's known from one thing; throwing orgies for all the queers of London. In fact he is the centre of contr-society, where all of those, who were unable to adjust to strict rules of 19th century elite, can take refuge, only if they want to. And are able to stand all of those pervs Victor gathers around him xD

Damn. His clothes are awesome. Especially the elaborate patterns on his cravat and vest. (If only I were a stud like that.) I like his persona, already. :3 Heheh.
