Ruff and I have been knocking around ideas for why Amber is growing out of control.

In a nutshell, don't mention that you want bigger boobs to a novice witch while you're both drunk. She might try to "help" without asking you and forget to give the spell a stopping point. lol

I'll defer to you, since it's your character, but it seems to me it could go from:

Completely witch's fault: Hears Amber say from 10 feet away: "I just wish my boobs were bigger..." and decides to help without ever actually talking to Amber.

To completely Amber's Fault: "You're a witch? Can you do magic boob job on me? Yeah, you can take your best shot right now..."
