Description
Note: For those unfamiliar with the show, or who haven't seen the episode "Cave of Two Lovers" (2nd season), the song Iroh sings come from it.And yes, it is catchy. Dang.
This is for everytime that friends have put silly songs in my head.
One could even do it by simply writing one word on a piece of paper.
And just yesterday, a friend got this song from Neil Gaiman's blog, and I can't get it out of my brain!!
So I curse you all with it now.

This makes me wish Mako (Iroh's original VA, before dying of cancer) had sang this song in the show at some point.Β Of course Iroh would know an old Earth Kingdom song, he knows everything.
RIP Mako

Awww, I know. I wish we had gotten to hear more of Mako singing as Iroh, period! His voice was/is gravelly and guttural, but at the same time really cheerful and soothing.

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning!
Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you
and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and
she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if you copy and paste
this to ten comments in the next ten minutes you will have the best day of your life tomorrow. You
will either get kissed or asked out, if you break this chain u will see a little dead girl in you

Okay, I've seen these so many times that I should have died at least fifty times already. Also, It's 2018, and I can't believe that Chain Mail like this still exists.Β

I'm still not dead after almost two decades of not sharing things of this nature. And my dreamscape is so surreal that even Freddy Kruger would nope his way out of my head.Β
Spam like this is fucking stupid because no one gives a shit about this.

It's actually made by Western animators, so it's TECHNICALLY not Anime.

Erix19 In reply to robwar389 [2018-02-16 00:53:46 +0000 UTC]
Fun fact: Japanese anime was originally inspired by Disney.Β
Fun fact 2: Anime is short for animation, which is the monopoly of absolutely no one (least of all, Japan), country of origin is completely irrelevant, and is also known as a cartoon (even in Japan).
Can we cut this elitist attitude over a term thatΒ completely disregards country of origin?

Okay, first off, I knew both of those facts. Second, I never stated that there was anything wrong with it, simply pointing out a technicality.
Although, if you want to get even more technical, the actual, literal definition of "Anime" is indeed animation, so by the simplest, most literal definition, Avatar is Anime. And so is literally every animated thing in existence.
See this TV Tropes page for a bit of info on a Trope called "Animesque", which will be simpler than us arguing over whether we should be using the literal definition (animations), referring to the art style used, or just going with the implied meaning (Japanese animations). Such arguments are pointless and frustrating.Β tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.phpβ¦
