(Note- huge apologies in advance if I don't answer everyone's comments- really busy these days. I am reading everyone though)I kept noticing these signs everywhere at the studio...I guess they must be rather common in California.
But I just don't know what the heck can be found in an earthquake kit.

(for those who don't know Avatar- the girl in the closet is Toph- she controls earth, so you'd want her on your side during ann earthquake)

Also, fun fact, earthquakes are common all the way down the West Coast because of the Ring of Fire intersecting it. To compound this, there are also several plates that intersect in that general area, causing more friction between the rocks.

I would advise not explaining the joke in your description though. A general rule of comedy is that any joke that has to be explained to the audience is no joke at all. And I think Avatar is widespread enough (especially on DA), that most folks will get it.

I didn't understand, but found it funny and wanted to know, so I appreciate that they put it in a description. A "joke explanation warning" wouldn't hurt, though, so maybe it could be a nice compromise.

Hey, for some reason I remembered an Animaniacs joke during this. It was in the episode where Wakko and Dr. Scratchansniff were in the elevator, and this exchange happened:
WAKKO: Knock knock.
SCRATCHANSNIFF: Who's there?
WAKKO: Max.
SCRATCHANSNIFF: Max Who?
WAKKO: Max wants to come in and go crazy!
SCRATCHANSNIFF: ...Okay, you see, now, that's not really a joke, is it, because it doesn't make any sense.
