Haha so I wanted to try coloring with colored pencils, and it's actually a lot of fun!! It's a lot easier than watercolor, mostly because I can work at my own pace, whereas watercolor I had to have the right timing for a lot of stuff. Also, I like it more than markers because markers bleed everywhere...Related content

When you ink the eyelashes do you go back over them with black colored pencil or do you fill them in with something else?

In this case, I filled it in with the pen later on after I had colored it, but it really doesn't matter, you could use color pencil/marker/anything to fill it in! I'm still just trying things out, haven't really found a set way to be 'my style'. Just play around with it. c:

I have an older sister who used to draw a lot around me and I always wanted to share something in common with her. I picked up the pencil and started doing rough sketches and eventually took some classes (though I was never really super talented) it's been a fun ride but always worth it to keep the skill up!

She dabbles here and there but hasn't updated anything in over 5 years... But I certainly do like to keep up on drawing and have been practicing quite a bit more ever since my odd lapse in artwork XP

I honestly am not sure, probably life keeping her busy and she is losing some of her ambition to do things. I am not sure, but honestly that is what makes me want to push forward and do more with my life than getting stuck in a rut doing the same thing day after day. I have to agree, without something strong to use in my life like artwork or music I don't know what I would be doing with myself.
