This is really great art work, but the thing that really sets it apart from the dozens of other great pony works that come out every day is the eyes.
You have done an absolutely magnificent job on the eyes, they wonderfully convey a sense of wisdom and kindness. But there is something else about them that I just can't put my finger on that really nails it.
I thought it may have been the eyebrows because ponies arent typically depicted with eyebrows such as these, but when I cover them with my finger the only thing that changes is that the wisdom is now replaced with a youthful passion for what she does.
And after viewing several other pieces done by you, I can't really explain what it is about the way you do their eyes, but they really make the things you do stand out.

i agree completely, about the eyes, they are kind and gentle yet strong and wise and display extreme intellagence, they look like they've seen the world and back, a pair of accomplished eyes that have seen both sorrow and joy, in my mind, i place this piece after the show wen they are all off doing there own thing, this is my favorite piece, PS somepony should make a Fanfic from this, it would work
