Erica Hartmann is one of the Strike Witches from Germany afaik.I did this Fanart for a friend. And I'm quite sure after searching for references that Strike Witches isn't the Anime for me. I do like Kemonomimi and Mystery, but I'm not that much into Pantyshots, which seems to be about 90% of the show, judging from the Screens.

Brilliantly done! I love seeing realistic versions of anime characters. Everything is very nicely rendered, especially the Schmiesser…you clearly did your homework.
I think I like her face the most…she is so obviously German…moreover she looks just like her namesake, Erich Hartmann.
I could care less about pantyshots, I love drawing custom strike witches because of how many fun things I get to draw. Airplanes, girls, machine guns, military clothing, aliens…you name it, its probably there.

see i barely even noticed the panty shots, i was too focused on how great the characters were and how well-written the show is.

Very nice piece. You've created an interesting and fitting atmosphere in the piece by use of grays and sepia tones, recreating the feel of an antique photograph. The detail and metallic sheen on the machine gun and striker units are also great. Her more realistic facial structure and expression is quite novel considering the very moe source material.
