Another Norrington - the muse is truly back.Ink, now with brush, not quill nor pen. I hear many comic artists use brushes so I tried too. I had no idea my hand is so shaky
The screencap on which this is based on is so hilarious, I may have to try draw it again since this isn't exactly how I planned it to be... I want to go even more towards comic style.

The lines are perfect, I love your style! Did you really have a shaky hand? I've always liked that look where the linework isn't too contained and rigid (I often wish mine is more flowly like this!), it gives the piece so much more character, and you've captured his expression so well, love it!

Dude... I dont even know. I made a Jack Sparrow one first because it was a prototype. I wanted to make sure that when I got to James I figured out the kinks and bugs. I guess I did! So James got the good-looking layout. I think it was just the idea that James needs to be a Commodore, an Admiral, a pirate and a civillian and he wont be happy till he is all of them!

And yep, well the benefit of a brush will be, being able to adjust thickness easily... but.. also the curse XD... as.. that's harder to do properly without the shaky hand!
