Lol, omg! Yesss that is correct! Voldemort died for power, Snape died for love and Harry greeted death like an old friend. To add on to it, Voldemort had the elder wand which represents power, and Snape wanted to see Lily again and then Harry died in peace. π rofl this makes so MUCH SENSE

Imagine what could have happened if Snape got the resurrection stone. He would bring Lily back without thinking about it. At first Harry would be happy that he got his mom back and he and Snape would fight Voldemort (who had taken the elder wand) together. Eventually however, Harry would realize that his mom was constantly depressed and that Snape was keeping an eye on her to make sure she didn't try to die again. Harry would get mad since Snape is causing Lily pain by keeping her against her will. As they begin to fight, however, Voldemort shows up and Harry slips away under the cloak. Voldemort kills Snape for his betrayal and leaves Lily to kill herself. Under the cloak Harry would swipe the resurrection stone and escape. Much later he would confront Voldemort after realizing he can't escape death.
Just a variation on the actual story. I'm not really sure about it though. Welp.
